Alex Iziyon SAN, Counsel to Jimoh Ibrahim and Poroye withdraws from their case at the Court of Appeal and returns all files relating to the matter immediately to Jimoh Ibrahim.
According to Iziyon, "my reputation is as stake, l can't continue with the matter based on my conviction that the matter lacks merit and substance of fact'.
The SAN said he was not aware of the petition written against the three Appeal Court Justices thar were handling the case and opted out to protect his name and integrity.
