Professor Joseph Adeola Fuwape of Forestry Department, FUTA, has been announced by the FUTA Governing Council as the substantive Vice Chancellor.
He is a former Vice Chancellor, Salem University, Kogi State.
He is the husband of Prof Mrs Fuwape of Physics Department, FUTA.
In the same vein, the FUTA Governing Council also reinstated Prof Biyi Gregory Daramola as Vice Chancellor as he retires on May 23.
The Council rose from her inaugural sitting on Thursday, May 17, 2017 to announce the reinstatement of Prof Biyi Daramola as the FUTA Vice Chancellor, reportedly setting aside his suspension by the minister of education.
