A student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-akoko was reportedly shot during a protest against the increment in their school fees.
The students today held a peaceful protest in Akure the state capital to call on government and management of their institution to reverse to old fee regine in view of the present economic situation in the country.
Eye witness told richienews.com that Police reportedly fired teargas on the protest and allegedly shot one of them, Abraham Ajidahun in the leg.
