Know what is best to eat while on your period is extremely important for you to stay healthy and fit while on your period. OMEGA 3-FATTY ACIDS

Their crave for sugar is only triggered by a shift in hormone which lowers the level of serotonin in the brain.

Rather ladies should go for complex carbohydrates such as peas, vegetables  and whole grains.
