Deji of Akure
The Deji and Paramount ruler of Akure kingdom, Oba Aladelusi Aladetoyinbo has joined the calls for the restructuring of Nigeria describing it as the only lasting solution to solving the myriads of problems facing the country.
The monarch said this while fielding questions from newsmen at the Akure eid ground where he joined thousands of Muslim faithful to observe this year's Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
Oba Aladetoyinbo said the present structure of the country does not benefit everybody.
He therefore called on the Federal government to as a matter of utmost national importance consider the urgent need to restructure the existing system.
While congratulating Muslim ummah on the occasion of the celebration, the Paramount ruler urged them to be united and live peacefully with adherents of other faiths.
