The US Republican presidential candidate, Donald Trump has threatened to prosecute her rival, Hillary Clinton if elected.
At the Sunday night's US presidential debate, Trump said Hilary Clinton needed to be jailed for 'her lies' and 33,000 deleted emails from her private server, a national security crime which Trump believes would have sent any other person to jail.
Trump said he'll appoint a special prosecutor to look into her case and prosecute her.
