Rotimi Akeredolu, Ondo Governor
Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu is attending a consultative meeting of the National Working Committee of his party, All Progressives Congress with the progressives Governors in Abuja.
A statement from the governor's press officer says Akeredolu who is attending the meeting for the first time after his inauguration as Governor of Ondo State, was specially recognised by the National Chairman of APC, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun.
The Consultative meeting according to the APC National Chairman is the third in the series to prepare for the non- elective convention of the party coming in April.
According to the chairman, the convention would appraise the performances of APC in government at the Federal and the other two tiers..
Chief Oyegun added that there would also be congresses to fill vacancies that may have arisen at Ward,Local Government and State levels.
Arakunrin Oluwarotimi AKEREDOLU was recently applauded by party faithful on his stance against disloyalty to party positions.
