Ondo State will join the rest of the country in the celebration of this year's Democracy Day on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 with a lecture entitled ‘Nigeria's Unity: The Challenges, Prospects the Way Forward’ to be delivered by Dr. Wale Okediran, former member, House of Representatives and former President, Association of Nigerian Authors, ANA.
The lecture which takes place
at the International Event and Culture Centre, The Dome, Akure, will attract Nigerians from all walks of life.
This intellectual discourse, under the distinguished chairmanship of Senator Adeleke Olorunnimbe Mamora, will, among other things, x-ray the gains of civil rule in Nigeria. It promises to be engaging and thought provoking.
The Chief Host is the Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, who has charged the good people of the sunshine state to be part of the historic event which begins at 10am on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.
