Akeredolu
The All Progressives Congress, APC has submitted the name of a former President of the Nigeria Bar Association, Roti I Akeredolu to the Independent National Electoral Commission as its candidate for the upcoming Ondo State governorship election.
Akeredolu’s name was submitted to INEC by the National Organising Secretary of the party, Senator Osita Izunaso.
This was after the National Chairman of the party and the National Secretary, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun and Mai Mala Buni, had endorsed the INEC form for the purpose.
Available information had it that Akeredolu’s name was submitted at 5:03pm by Izunaso.
